For more than ten years, uOttawa has been recognized as one of the best employers of the National Capital Region. The National Capital Region’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. They evaluate the best workplaces in the region according to eight criteria. The University was recognized for our workplace facilitating our employees’ well-being, our parental leave for a better family-work balance and our community involvement.
