A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Each service and faculty is responsible for the orientation of new employees. There is an institutional onboarding process for all employees and this includes the manager’s guide and activities as well as the employee’s guide and activities.

Every new employee is asked to attend orientation training for the campus. This orientation includes various elements about sustainability including harassment and discrimination, diversity and inclusion, accessibility and accommodation, employment equity, mental health, and conflict management.
