Our equity program seeks everyone’s involvement in a concerted effort to promote a truly inclusive and representative workplace and works to recognize the dignity and value of each person and help to build a staff that reflects the diversity of the community.

The Human Resources also wish to ensure a proper representation of the designated groups as well as a bilingual university that values cultural diversity

Identify and eliminate the barriers to equity.

Put in place policies and practices to get rid of these barriers.
