We have a high level of confidence about new square footage added during this period. We are confident there is some missing data of smaller projects renovated square footage. Smaller building renovation projects square footage was not captured in our data management systems. Beginning in 2023 we are capturing this information and we will be able to include renovation square footage numbers going forward.
