ENERGY, WATER, AND PEOPLE. ALL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS- new buildings, major remodels, and ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPES that are subject to State Energy Efficiency Design (SEED) Type 1 requirements- SHALL ADHERE TO THE UNIVERSITY'S Oregon Model for Sustainable Development."
