A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
As new employees enter the University of Oregon (UO) their ideas are often big, assumptions are prominent, and the unknown can make them feel somewhat overwhelmed in the magnitude of the institution. The New Employee Orientation (NEO) is designed to introduce new employees to the culture and the terrain of the UO experience. Through this resource, new employees can move from mere images of the UO to create a vibrant collage of opportunities to help them succeed.
