A socially responsible investment option for retirement is offered through the 403B Tax Deferred Investment Program and the 457 Oregon Savings Growth Plan.
In the 403B plan, TIAA-CREF is a providor. TIAA-CREF offers a fixed and variable annuity option that includes a "socially responsible balanced account": http://www.ous.edu/dept/hr/benefits/files/TDI_Guide.pdf
In addition, one of the actively managed funds by Fidelity Investments, also included in this plan, is the "Neuberger Berman Socially Responsible" fund.
