Does the institution use weather data or weather sensors to automatically adjust irrigation practices?:
Yes

A brief description of how weather data or sensors are used:

All new landscape projects use a weather-based irrigation system to reduce water use and run-off. As of 2010, about 50% of campus grounds was served by this system, and this percentage is expected to increase with future development.
