Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

An anonymous employee survey called NDVoice is conducted once every two years. ND Voice 2019: A New Look at Employee Engagement is the University’s seventh biennial employee engagement survey. Since 2006, this confidential survey has asked your opinions on workplace topics such as training, benefits, management and more. Your feedback helps the University—and your department—spot opportunities and take action.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The University looks at the overall results, and each department also looks at its own results. When the results are compared to previous surveys, trends emerge. Did prior action areas improve? Have new opportunities developed? A lot can change in two years, and your feedback starts the sort of conversations that have already led to many positive changes.
