A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

The Office of Sustainability provides a three page packet of information about sustainability on campus and about the Office itself. The New Employee Orientation Sustainability guide provides information regarding methods for employees to conserve energy, use alternative transportation options, reduce campus waste, use less paper, and introduces the university’s single stream recycling program.

Information regarding the Office of Sustainability and the resources it provides is also highlighted in a slideshow presented during employee orientation.
