Does the institution have a postconsumer food waste composting program?:
Yes

A brief description of the postconsumer food waste composting program:

Our post-consumer food waste in our dining halls is handled by sending all food plate waste and discarded leftovers through garbage disposals that send the waste to the City of South Bend Waste Water Treatment Plant, where the ground particles are processed and eventually placed on fields as fertilizer. We also have a contract with an international oil reclamation company to pick up all of our waste grease and cooking oils for reprocessing into usable products.
