A brief description of the incentives or programs:

University of Notre Dame Asset Management office organizes local housing for Notre Dame employees and visiting faculty.

1. Visiting Faculty Housing: We manage a portfolio of on-campus apartments reserved for visiting faculty.
2. City Homes: We manage nine newly-constructed 3-story row houses facing campus on Angela Boulevard.

4. Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization: We facilitate revitalization efforts in the Northeast Neighborhood located immediately south of campus through a variety of different initiatives:
– Eddy Street Commons: A $200+ million mixed-use commercial and residential development of Kite Realty Group at the intersection of Angela Boulevard and Eddy Street, adjacent to campus.
– Notre Dame Avenue Housing Program: The opportunity for full-time faculty and staff employees to build new homes close to campus according to University guidelines.
5. Triangle Redevelopment: New single-family detached homes being developed by the Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Organization (NNRO) in conjunction with South Bend Heritage Foundation (SBHF).
6. Market Residential Resources: On a trial basis, we host an informal database for off-campus housing for sale and rent.
7. Property Acquisitions: We acquire, on behalf of the University, properties located close to campus.
