Yes

A brief description of the incentives or programs:

UNI has a number of options allowing new faculty and staff to live on or near campus. The University has a number of rental homes that border the edge of campus that are occupied year round by UNI employees. Also the Department of Residents has housing options within the residence and apartment systems that are available at rates well below the existing housing market. In addition to the low rental rates, residence also have a number of benefits including on-site maintenance service, frequent patrols by UNI Police, ResNET internet connectivity, basic extended cable service, on campus bus route, academic year contract, a parking space for each apartment, a central laundry facility, and play areas for children.
