Sebesta Blomberg and Associates, Inc. (Sebesta Blomberg) has completed the greenhouse gas (GHG)
emission inventory (carbon footprint) for the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). This report includes the
methodology used to determine the footprint as well as an analysis of footprint data for the 2005 baseline
and for calendar year 2008.

The GHG emissions inventory was conducted using the World Resources Institute’s Greenhouse Gas
Protocol (GHG Protocol) methodology and the Clean Air Cool Planet (CACP) calculation tool, which is
based on the GHG Protocol.


Sebesta Blomberg and Associates, Inc. (Sebesta Blomberg) has completed the greenhouse gas (GHG)
emission inventory (carbon footprint) for the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). This report includes the
