A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
- The UNBC Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, professional counselling for a broad range of personal and family problems. UNBC employees and their dependents are eligible to receive short-term counselling from a professional counsellor either in person, over the phone, or through the web.
- The UNBC Wellness Centre provides Counselling Services, Health Services and Wellness Programs. The Centre supports UNBC students and staff in achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle through the provision of training, events, information and professional helping services.
