LEED Gold required for all new projects. Incorporate run-off filtration, pervious construction, and hydro-seeding. All stormwater flows will be directed towards existing retention ponds.

Roof of the Agora includes sections of green roof at the Winter Garden, and along Student Services Street.

All stormwater flows are directed to the retention ponds (adjacent to the David Douglas Botanical gardens) for settling prior to discharge into Shane Creek.
