UNBC's central sustainability website was developed and is maintained by the Communications Department. The site is linked from the University homepage and it provides information about UNBC's sustainability efforts related to teaching, research, operations, and student and community engagement. The site also provides information related to the activities of the Green University Planning Committee (including minutes), the Green Fund Program and a comprehensive section on energy projects. This website is in the process of redevelopment and will be released in it's new form in December 2011.

A brief description of the sustainability newsletter:
The Green University Newsletter was developed in 2010. Several issues of this electronic newsletter were distributed to students, staff and faculty. The purpose of this publication was to highlight ongoing sustianability projects and innovative examples of leadership in sustainability across campus. Some newsletter features included the efforts of the Childcare Centre and an innovative sustainable business developed by UNBC alumni. The newsletter format is currently being revised and will be released in the Fall 2011.

The UNBC Green Tour Map was originally developed for use in student and employee orientation. It has since been used to guide tours for visitors to campus, school groups and conference attendees.
