A brief description of the certificate program:
UNT offers academic certificate programs related to sustainability for graduate credit to enhance existing master's degrees. The Department of Philosophy and Religion Studies offers two certificates in environmental philosophy, one introductory and one advanced. The certificates cover diverse aspects of environmental philosophy, including ecology, ethics, ecofeminism, and religion.
