A brief description of the facilities:
UNT has 246 total bike racks that can accommodate over 2500 bicycles. Bicycle racks are located in front of student services, residence halls, and academic buildings. Indoor bike storage is not available, however, covered bike storage is available in several areas.
Shower facilities and lockers are available to bicycle commuters through the Pohl Recreation Center.

UNT encourages the use of bicycles as a mode of transportation to and from campus. Although no single building is designated for bike storage or facilities for bicyclists, UNT does provide immense outdoor bike rack space and has a recreational facility that can be used for showering.
