The central sustainability Website for the University of North Texas is managed by the Office of Sustainability (OoS). The website is the primary outreach tool for the Office of Sustainability and all news related to campus sustainability. The Website outlines the mission and objectives of the OoS and the UNT Sustainability Council. The Website features guiding documents such as the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory, UNT Climate Action Plan, and the Green Report #1. It also includes revolving news stories related to recent campus sustainability news and initiatives.

In an effort to improve sustainable dining practices, UNT's Dining Services has embarked on a campaign to reduce food waste. Dining Services encourages proportional eating habits and has posted signage to remind patrons to be mindful of food waste. UNT's Office of Sustainability created a Green Living Guide. The guide is useful to students living both on and off campus and provides valuable sustainability tips related to organization, food, cleaning, indoor air quality, study habits, and more. It also provides a brief green product list and information on local businesses.
