A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
We have a recycling section in the New Employee Orientation. We have a special video that new hires watch, directions, and information on how new staff and faculty can be better recyclers. The section we are involved with is the "Virtual Passport" piece that encourages new staff to dig deeper by exploring vital areas of campus. Staff who complete the Virtual Passport are awarded with free coffee and a discount at the campus bookstore.
