When purchasing receives a requisition/request for cleaning supplies, the items are checked against the NC State contract to insure they are buying from the contract. If not, we consult with the end user to see what cleaning product will best suite their needs and meet this requirement a the same time. If the item is not listed on contract, we work with the vendor and department to ensure we are meeting this requirement.
