Hosted an event to educate and promote PEVs, partnered with Plug In America, Nissan, Advanced Energy and GM. Offered a presentation about PEVs. Had two PEVs on hand for attendees to test drive.

A total of 45 attendees participated in the event, which included students, faculty, staff and local community residents. A total of 13 test drives were taken.

2015- 9/11 Day of Service and Arbor Day Observance

A brief description of the campaign (2nd campaign):
In honor of the 9/11 victims and to observe Arbor Day, students volunteered to help the community and campus. Some students and staff planted 24 highly adapted evergreen trees on campus.

A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign (2nd campaign):
About two dozen students and a dozen staff planted 24 highly adapted evergreen trees on campus. This number of trees was selected because that is how many were calculated to sequester the carbon emissions from attendees registered to attend an upcoming summit to be hosted on campus to make the event carbon neutral.
