Student government appoints two co-chairs, three undergraduate students, and two graduate students to allocate the ~$200,000 raised annually.

Student project teams meet weekly to research and evaluate projects.

The RESPC co-chairs meet monthly with ex-officio staff and faculty. 

The sevent student members appointed by student government have funding authority.
