Student Wellness provides services and resources across a variety of wellness topics, including alcohol and drug brief intervention counseling, sexual wellness counseling appointments, diversity trainings, and interpersonal violence prevention workshops, just to name a few. For more information: http://studentwellness.unc.edu/our-services or http//campushealth.unc.edu/caps As part of the University’s ongoing commitment to the health and wellness of employees, a variety of programs are offered that focus on healthy lifestyles and balancing the responsibilities of work and personal life. The Work/Life and Wellness Office helps the University’s diverse population find solutions to the daily challenges of personal, work, and family life. The office provides information and referrals to assist with all kinds of life events and to help employees manage unexpected disruptions of work or study. For concerns ranging from workplace stress to caring for a young child or other family members, there are a wide variety of resources to help employees integrate their work and life responsibilities. Counselors are available on-site during the day and by telephone 24-hours.
