A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about employee commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:

This survey had a total of 16 questions. Responses were collected for this survey from 11/27/2018 -12/19/2018 via Sightlines’ online software. The survey was distributed to the entire campus population through a weekly newsletter. The survey received 346 responses out of 7,150 University of New Haven students, faculty, and staff. This summary will describe results from the overall pool of survey respondents. Some questions include responses broken down by overall responses, faculty responses, staff responses, and student responses. The margin of error for the survey is 2%.
