Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
The $316,767,069 figure above is from the UNH Foundation's June 2024 annual investment disclosure and only includes the UNH Foundation portion of the overall investment pool; it excludes the portion of the endowment that is managed by the UNH system--since the boundaries of this STARS report are for the main UNH campus as opposed to the entire UNH system.
Floor area of "other energy intensive space" includes dining halls/restaurants, the hockey arena, and spaces associated with energy production and water treatment, and our telecommunications center: all determined to have an EUI more than 3x greater than our average for academic, administrative and residential spaces. It does not include other data centers or computer labs (of which there are several) since that data was not easy to get or parse, so our "energy-intensive space" is likely under-reported. This data applies to FY22 and FY23.
