For faculty and staff employees, the USNH Health & Wellness programs and services are dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices. The UNH Human Resources page offers a host of resources to assist employees in striving to live healthy and active lifestyles.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is also available to all employees. Being healthy goes beyond physical exercise and eating right. Emotional wellness, strong personal relationships, and positive attitudes are critical building blocks of health.
