UNH Cooperative Extension also offers a wide variety of sustainability-related workshops, certificates, and courses in everything from forestry master gardening to starting a sustainability business to agriculture and beyond: http://extension.unh.edu/
UNH is developing a Sustainability and Social Responsibility Institute starting fall 2010 with NH Businesses for Social Responsibility. Managers, business leaders, and others in NH and beyond can take the program to learn about business and sustainability.
