Does the institution make training and professional development opportunities available to all staff?:
Yes

A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :

The UNH Sustainability Stewards program is available to all faculty and staff that are interested in learning more about sustainability, and/or looking to promote sustainability amongst their peers. UNH Sustainability Stewards are faculty and staff working together to bring sustainability – a core part of UNH’s identity and mission – to the grassroots level in their buildings and departments. Under the guidance of the UNH Sustainability Academy and UNH’s campus-wide task forces like the Energy Task Force (ETF), these volunteers will help their colleagues integrate sustainability into the day-to-day actions of their workspaces, saving their departments and the University resources, including money.
