A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
"The campus community and diversity leaders are working to transform institutional practice and policy in order to advance inclusive excellence. Moderate progress is being made, but there remains the need to address the impediments to progress. This six-year assessment of UNH’s diversity progress identifies successes, as well as, impediments to the advancement of the 2004-2009 Diversity Strategic Plan across its five themes: Organizational Structure; Recruitment and Retention; Curriculum; Campus Climate; and Community Outreach and Engagement."- http://www.unh.edu/diversity/pdf/2004-2010_Inclusive_Excellence_Progress_Report.pdf Major strategic efforts that have been initiated are also made available in the above progress report.
