A brief description of the program:
As of January 2010 the University System of New Hampshire is considering a telecommuting policy with direct support from the Energy Task Force (ETF) and the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC). As part of the development of the UNH Climate Action Plan (WildCAP) the Energy Task Force modeled the energy and emissions savings from a potential telecommuting program and recommended a reform in the UNH Employment policy. A couple individual departments or supervisors have informal policies, but again there is no policy that stems from the greater University System of New Hampshire.
