A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
The napkins used by UNH Dining Services are made by Tork. They are 100% recovered paper, 40% post-consumer recycled content and they are Green Seal certified. They represent about 95% of the usage by UNH Dining Services. We use them in all dining halls and retail establishments.
