Dan Winans is an instructor for the EcoGastronomy Dual Major. Email: Dan.Winans@unh.edu Phone: (603) 862-3303 UNH's bachelor of science in forestry degree program received a 10-year renewal of its accreditation from the Society of American Foresters (SAF) in February 2010. UNH’s forestry program embraces interdisciplinary issues like climate change, biodiversity and sustainability and is strongly connected to other natural resources degree programs at UNH.
