Each summer, a Garden Coordinator is hired by the Student Union to manage the campus garden and educate the campus community on how to produce their own food.

Students are hired every summer for an internship working with Financial Services on the Student Investment Fund. The students have worked on special projects in support of the management of the Trust & Endowment Fund, and have also worked for the Director of the Centre for Financial Studies on related activities.
