The Student Health Center makes counselling, referrals wellbeing and medical services available to all part time, full time, graduate or undergraduate students. There is also the Student Health 101 email that all students receive, providing information on services, mental health and stress management, study tips, and spirituality. Faculty and Staff have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program through Blue Cross to help cover medical expenses. Employees also have access to URec, which includes memberships to the gym on campus, the Currie Center. It includes aquatics, sport clubs, personal training, group fitness and other courses.
