A brief description of each sustainability office:
The Sustainability Office aims to maintain a Sustainability Advisory Committee that provides insight and leadership to the growth of a sustainability program at UNBF. Coordinate and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of an Institutional Sustainability Plan that outlines key indicators, goals, targets and measurements in water and waste conservation, energy management, transportation, food services and education. Support and promote appropriate sustainability policies, procedures, and initiatives in all aspects of UNBF campus operations. Encourage the inclusion of sustainability and environmental awareness in teaching and learning curriculums, co-curricular settings, and other opportunities. Share and communicate sustainability initiatives through celebrating successes and supporting events for students, staff, faculty and the public.
