·         Undertaking building energy projects with set individual targets and goals. These targets are measured and verified to normalized data and reported to the board of governors in an annual report. This is a continual improvement process.
·         Energy management information system enteliweb is used to dynamical track the progress of our projects complete with analytics, detailed energy reporting, customizable dashboards, and diagnosis tools.
·         Benchmarking built into our EMIS system with the ability to benchmark any custom time frame and utility and linked to our smart meter data.
·         Currently working on a public web interface complete with KPI’s mentioned above.

UNB does feature an organized Indoor Air Quality plan but it has never been formalized into a published institutional policy or protocol.

It all buys Green Seal certified for all cleaning and janitorial supplies when possible though there is currently no formal purchasing policy.
