Does the institution host a food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource focused on alleviating food insecurity, hunger and poverty among students?:
Yes

A brief description of the food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource:

Food and shelter insecurities are an unfortunate reality for students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and nationwide. Nearly 1 in 3 students on our campus worries about not having enough food until they get money to buy more. Husker Pantry provides a one-stop location to assist students with food and shelter resources. Any current student in need can utilize the service for free by presenting their NCard. Information about university and community resources for housing and other food assistance programs also are available. There are two pantry locations, City Campus University Health Center (123) and East Campus Visitors Center (RM 108B). Hours, preferred donation items, various ways to donate, and on campus donation bin locations are listed on the website and provide a resource for students in need or those looking to donate.
