In our University-wide Purchase Terms and Conditions (attached), we have adopted the 41 CRF Sec. 60 – 1.4 of the US Code of Federal regulations dealing with Equal Opportunity for all. These extend unconditionally to all our suppliers when performing services and/or delivering goods to our University.
