A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
We coordinate between Human Resources, our workmen's compensation provider and our Office of Environmental Health and Safety to track and calculate these incidents. Because we are an entity of the State of Nebraska, we do not maintain an OSHA 300 log, however all incidents are filed in a Sharepoint campus location.
