Additional questions were asked in the categories of Integrity, Freedom of Expression, Making a Difference, Dynamic Collaboration, Diversity & Inclusion, and Well-Being. Responses were categorized by the following responses, Favorable (Strongly Agree and Agree), Neutral (Sometimes Agree/Sometimes Disagree), and Unfavorable (Disagree and Strongly Disagree).

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Reports specific to results for each unit (N>5) were shared with unit leaders for their own action planning, but to also engage their staff/faculty in action planning by understanding what the unit was thinking and clarifying why they feel the way they do to determine how the organization should respond. The units reviewed and discussed their results, they selected two items to focus on, then brainstormed and planned commitments as a team to improve engagement.
