A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Employee Engagement "Best Places to Work" survey had been conducted every over the past 4 years. Most recent participation was in Spring 2017. This survey provides employees with the opportunity to provide honest feedback about UNO's culture and the work environment.
In 2019 we will be partnering with NMC to continue engagement surveys every other year administered by "Engaged2Excel" which will incorporate more robust action planning tools - the next survey is scheduled for spring of 2019.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
Action plan training provided to Management staff. Employee Relations provides individualized Action Planning to requesting departments.
