UNO Libraries provides an Open Access Fund to finance payment of article processing fees for any UNO author who wishes to publish in an open access journal or hybrid journal. The program has been in operation since 2014 and awards up to $3,500 per author per academic year. http://libguides.unomaha.edu/openaccess/oafund
