Criteria
Institution has a maximum compensation scale ratio of 1:15, where 1 represents the compensation of the lowest-paid full-time employee and 15 represents the compensation of the highest paid senior administrator (e.g. president or chancellor).
Applicability
This credit is optional and may be earned by any institution.
Scoring
Institutions earn 0.5 Innovation & Leadership (IN) points for this credit up to a maximum of 4 points for the IN category. An institution’s overall, percentage-based STARS score is increased by the number of IN points it earns.
Measurement
Report the most recent data available from within the three years prior to the anticipated date of submission.
