A brief description of the companies, funds, and/or institutions referenced above:

We have contacted all of our investment managers and reviewed our existing holdings and we have determined that the Mount Union endowment does invest in companies that meet criteria for this credit; although, we do not have any investments in a sustainability fund. We have owned investments in the past three years that are held with sustainable industries such as renewable energy firms. However, most of our investments would not be direct investments that would be readily recognizable as meeting the criteria. Our research shows that slighlty over 1% of our portfolio would meet the criteria.
