The Investments Committee has reviewed Shareholder Advocacy but has not initiated a program to screen companies. Thus, we have not contacted the companies that hold investments that do not promote sustainability. We have conducted a negative screening of our investments within the last three years consistent with standards issued by the Methodist Church that resulted in less than 1% of our holdings in such companies. We have not asked managers to seel investments that had direct holdings in these companies.
