A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
We offer a comprehensive wellness program that is open to all faculty and staff. Each person choosing to participate has the opportunity to undergo a biometric screening to provide them with information about their general health. Based on that screening, each person may or may not choose to follow-up with his or her personal physician. Employees' numbers from biometric screenings are evaluated yearly and if an employee meets certain health goals, then he or she is given a monetary bonus to reward them for improving his or her personal health.
