A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
We conduct new staff orientation on a monthly basis. This year we asked our Physical Plant Director to discuss the campus sustainability efforts. For future training sessions, we have invited our campus sustainability coordinator to present on all areas of campus sustainability. In addition, we have asked each Vice President to discuss sustainability efforts in his or her area of responsibility when it is his or her turn to present at the new staff orientation.
