The Department of Geography at the Université de Montréal offers an immersion abroad in connection with environment and sustainable development in the course GEO 3462 - Regional Theme (3 credits). The location of the activity varies: it was held in Brazil and China in recent years. The course is offered to students enrolled in the following programs: - Science Integration Program - Bachelor’s degree in Demography and Geography - Major in Geography - Minor in Geography - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geography Students enrolled in the Bachelor in Environmental Geography must also follow two field courses, regardless of the orientation chosen (human environment or physical environment).
